Committee for Special Education! Founded in 1972, the Lower Merion School District Committee for Special Education (CSE) is a parent-led, district-recognized organization to support families and caregivers with students with IEPs, GIEPs and 504 Plans. Education, advocacy and community are at the core of everything the CSE does, along with a dogged commitment to equal access and inclusion across Lower Merion School District.
