11/08/2023 - Last weekend Kayleigh Williamson, 33, made history as one of the first women with Down syndrome to complete the New York City Marathon. Looking back on the memorable day, her mom Sandy Williamson — who ran alongside her daughter — tells PEOPLE the 10-hour, 9-minute journey was filled with endless dancing, hugging and high fives.
